Keats Sweets Shaved Ice is proud to provide delicious, refreshing shaved ice to the Midland, Texas community. Our owner was inspired to create our shaved ice business to honor the memory of her late autistic son. He loved bright colors and delicious desserts, so we couldn't think of a better way to keep his spirit alive than with a shaved ice truck.

We're open from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday starting this summer! We can't wait to greet you and your family.
